      <title>Empowering the teaching of sports science faculty members: the role of spiritual and organizational intelligence</title>

      <description>The purpose of this research is to investigate the role of spiritual and organizational intelligence in the teaching ability of sports science faculty members. The population was all Sports Sciences Faculty Members in Iran's universities. The research sample was randomly selected from the population (N=257). This was a descriptive correlational study that used statistical techniques of Path Analysis. For data collection, Standard questionnaires of Spiritual and organizational intelligence and teaching competencies were used. To determine the validity of the questionnaire was done using an expert panel (N=15); also, a Reliability assessment was done by a test-retest method and use of Cronbach's Alpha. calculated Cronbach's Alpha for Spiritual intelligence was 0/78 for Teaching Capability was 0/82 and for organizational intelligence was 0/8. For data analysis, descriptive and inference statistics were used in SPSS15 and LISREL8.8 Software. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between Teaching Capability with Spiritual Intelligence (t= 7/87, &amp;amp;beta;=0/62) and Organizational Intelligence (t= 2/36, &amp;amp;beta;=0/31). The structural model of the research variables was also well-suited. According to the results, can be said that perhaps spiritual development, as well as faculty members' awareness of the role and importance of organizational intelligence and its dimensions would be the way to develop the faculty members. Therefore, strengthening spiritual and organizational intelligence through appropriate educational planning can be an effective step to enhance the faculty members' capabilities and, subsequently, their effectiveness</description>

      <title>Designing an Islamic accounting model based on the verses of the Quran</title>

      <description>Islam is a complete and comprehensive religion and has plans for all aspects and aspects of human life. This comprehensiveness also applies to economic and financial fields. On the other hand, today's theoretical frameworks of accounting originate from western countries, which are influenced by Christianity. And it has contradictions with Islam. In this article; After reviewing the literature related to accounting, Quranic verses that contain points in the field of accounting have been identified. Financial and economic events that are in accordance with the verses of the Qur'an, as well as the verses of the Holy Qur'an that are related to accounting principles such as; Cost principle, income realization principle, cost bearing principle, accounting assumptions such as; Financial period assumption, accrual assumption, restrictive accounting covenants as well as basic accounting concepts and elements including assets, liabilities, capital, income, expenses, profit and loss are related, identified and given. Then, by analyzing the above documents, an Islamic theoretical framework for accounting that can be used in the Islamic society has been presented.</description>

Because the parties cannot feel relaxed and comfortable in their company; Because they are not confidential to each other; Therefore, some jurists believe that in order to resolve this difficulty and embarrassment, it is possible to adhere to the rule of laharij and establish privacy between the parties. In this research with analytical-descriptive method and using library resources; The reasons of those who support this issue have been examined and criticized, and it has been shown that because the rule of lahrij does not apply in the legal rulings; As a result, it cannot eliminate the lack of privacy and create privacy between the adopted child and the adopted child.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;nbsp; In this research with analytical-descriptive method and using library resources; The reasons of those who support this issue have been examined and criticized, and it has been shown that because the rule of lahrij does not apply in the legal rulings; As a result, it cannot eliminate the lack of privacy and create privacy between the adopted child and the adopted child.
