When a family accepts a child for adoption, they are in trouble until there is privacy between them and the adopted child. Because the parties cannot feel relaxed and comfortable in their company; Because they are not confidential to each other; Therefore, some jurists believe that in order to resolve this difficulty and embarrassment, it is possible to adhere to the rule of laharij and establish privacy between the parties. In this research with analytical-descriptive method and using library resources; The reasons of those who support this issue have been examined and criticized, and it has been shown that because the rule of lahrij does not apply in the legal rulings; As a result, it cannot eliminate the lack of privacy and create privacy between the adopted child and the adopted child.
