Abstract
When a family accepts a child for adoption, they are in trouble until there is privacy between them and the adopted child. Because the parties cannot feel relaxed and comfortable in their company; Because they are not confidential to each other; Therefore, some jurists believe that in order to resolve this difficulty and embarrassment, it is possible to adhere to the rule of laharij and establish privacy between the parties.
