Studies on the Unity of the Havzah and the University

Abstract Friday prayer is one of the political and social acts of worship in Islam. Due to the cultural, devotional, political and social functions of Friday prayer, in addition to being emphasized in the Holy Quran, it has been confirmed and emphasized in Islamic traditions by Imam Huda (peace be upon him). Cultural and political influences are the basis for the connection of religion with the social system, which as a result will greatly influence the actions and reactions of the Islamic society. In this article, with the descriptive-analytical method, we came to the conclusion that in the thought and intellectual system of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, the most important functions and achievements of Friday prayer can be counted as cultural and social political achievements. Among the cultural works, we can mention the attention to God, the descent of collective blessings, avoiding secularist thoughts, cultural guidance in the form of political demand, political enlightenment and explanation jihad. The socio-political effects of Friday prayer for the society and people can be explained in the form of the political insight-enhancing effects of Friday prayer, which include distinguishing and recognizing right from wrong, responding to social political doubts of the day, informing about surrounding events, increasing unity. And he pointed out the sense of collective authority that can be found in the words of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution

 


 

Abstract Teaching the principles of jurisprudence in university courses, especially in the field of law, faces its own difficulties. The textbooks of principles of jurisprudence in the field of science are written in Arabic, while many students have serious problems in understanding Arabic texts. The importance of correct education of the principles of jurisprudence is not hidden from experts. Correct reasoning for legal materials and preventing wrong understanding of laws are the most important reasons for including this course in undergraduate and graduate courses. It is very important to compile a textbook in Persian language that can easily convey the most important contents of the principles of jurisprudence to students. Using the experiences of previous textbooks, the book "Principles of Applied Jurisprudence" has tried to show the application of the principles of jurisprudence in law in a practical way. The widespread acceptance of this book by the academic community indicates that the expectations have been fulfilled to a large extent. On the other hand, the good fortune of the lecturers to the book Principles of Applied Jurisprudence and the existence of some defects in it show the necessity of criticizing this book even more. Dealing with topics whose practical aspect is not very clear is one of the important features of this book. Besides that, there are many materials titled "for further study" which are not mandatory. Since this book is introduced as the main source of MA, this section deserved more attention. In this research, the research method is based on the library.

Abstract Today, cognitive warfare seeks to distort the facts and influence people's culture and thoughts so as to weaken their will and actions in order to prevent society from moving in the direction of development and progress. One of the manifestations of countering distortion is "jihad of explanation", which requires a stream of thought expressed by scientific and logical language for the society. The supreme leader of the Iranian revolution has emphasized the capacity of "the youth" and "the place of science and knowledge" in the Statement of the Second Phase of the Islamic Revolution to achieve the great goal of creating a new Islamic civilization. Thus, the present applied developmental research was conducted with the aim of identifying the indicators of this statement in order to help the universities play its part in the jihad of explanation. The research method used in this study is thematic analysis and data collection tool is semi-structured interview with academic and seminary experts and cultural managers who were purposefully selected by snowball method. The main result of this research is a model based on which active and reactive factors were categorized in four indicators of explaining the movement and its importance, explaining the promising points, explaining the realities of the field, and explaining the strategies and solutions for dealing with challenges. It is expected that by applying this model with a forward-looking view and relying on past experiences, fruitless tests shall be avoided, and as a strategic-operational source, the capacity of the universities will be used in a dedicated way in line with jihad of explanation.

Abstract The purpose of this qualitative and documentary research paper is to compare the economic systems of capitalism, socialism and Islam from the point of view of Shahid Motahari. To this end, according to the thoughts of Shahid Motahari, which are available in written form, the components or characteristics of each of these three economic systems, which are explicitly mentioned in his writings, were chosen. They comprise (1) ownership, (2) inheritance, (3) the difference of people in wealth and ownership, (4) Riba, and (5) the formation of cartel and trust. We first examined the position of each component in each of the three separate economic systems and finally compared them in the three economic systems. The results show that the economic system of Islam relies on Islamic ayahs and traditions, while confirming the advantages of capitalism and socialism and rejecting their weaknesses. Based on this, the economic system of Islam provides a better framework for human development both in this world and in the hereafter than the two other systems mentioned.

Abstract The main purpose of this research is to analyze the content of the book series of Payam-e Asemani taught at junior high schools based on their consideration of the components of life skills. The analysis included all the texts, images and exercises of the textbooks of the seventh, eighth and ninth grades in the academic year of 1402-1401, using the checklist of indicators. The statistical population of the present study included three volumes of Payam-e Asemani textbooks of junior high school, which due to the limited statistical population, no sampling was done and the sample size is equal to the statistical population. For data analysis, descriptive statistics as well as Shannon's entropy method for weighting the indicators of life skills were used. The results showed that in the seventh grade, critical thinking components had the highest frequency of 26.3%, in the eighth grade, the problem-solving component had the highest frequency, and in the ninth grade, critical thinking skill was the most frequent 23.6%. In all three grades, according to the table of importance or weighting, the highest component was empathy with 109 items and a weight of 0.1146, and the lowest one was creative thinking having 44 items with a weight of 0.0814.
